Uganda has some of the world's finest coffee. People routinely considered Ethiopian and Kenyen the best but that's because Uganda was just up and coming. These coffee beans are grown on Mount Elgon’s farms–– from 3,000 to 6,000 feet altitude. These beans are washed and sun dried to produce a decadent, and deep earthy flavor. Certified by the famed Rainforest Alliance, this bean is grown in a sustainable fashion in favor of both people and nature––preserving irreplaceable flora and fauna and protecting the overall climate.
Tasting Notes: This coffee is dark with a nutty aroma that translates into a deep, earthy mouthfeel. One of my favorites.
~14 ounce bag (medium roast or dark roast) About enough for a 12 cup pot a day, for one week.
